It includes government sources such as the Legislative Information System (LIS), THOMAS, the Government Printing Office’s GPOAccess and the FDsys, and U.S. Senate and House websites. Nongovernmental or commercial sources include resources such as HeinOnline and the Congressional Quarterly (CQ) websites.
